Day 3: New Feathers

Mile 13.02 Fred Canyon to Mile 41.47 Mt. Laguna

Only ten miles into Mt. Laguna today. Hiked mostly by myself and leapfrogged Jo & Mick and Kristin. Resupplied at the Lodge Store and got my new 20 degree quilt at the post office. There’s a lot of hikers in town and most of us ate at the local restaurant and ate burgers and such. Super windy here. Going to be a very cold night. Still feeling fine physically so hopefully that continues. 

Desolate, yet lush.
