Day 14: Taco Monday!

Finally was able to properly sleep in today in our cabin. Having a shower and a nice soft warm bed was more of a luxury than I could have ever imagined. We went over to the Town Baker Cafe and got cinnamon rolls the size of a plate and totally devoured them. We then washed the balance of our clothes and went into town to send postcards, resupply and get some lunch. The afternoon was spent packing our food bags and relaxing before we went to La Casita for $0.99 tacos and beer. Tomorrow we have a ride arranged at 8:15 to take us to the Devil’s Slide trail head so we can begin our assault on Mt. San Jacinto.
